What a great third installment for Deadpool! Now I will admit I have not seen most of the X-Men movies so I cannot claim to know anything about Wolverine but this movie made me want to see what all the fuss is about! Although I do consider myself a casual (😉) fan of Deadpool.
As usual I really loved the 4th wall breaks and I was chuckling the entire time. Which I expected the excellent comedic timing from Deadpool but Wolverine kept up with him easily. I really enjoyed watching them riff for 2 hours, it was incredibly entertaining. It seems like every Marvel movie has that Disney humor these days but that’s definitely not the case here. Deadpool even calls that out of course 🤣 If this is the send off for Deadpool I’d be ok with that, I think it wrapped up the franchise very neatly. It was very heartfelt at points as well. I definitely want to see it again so that I can catch more hidden details because it’s chock full of them! Go see it in theaters, it’s worth it just for the fight scenes and intro sequence. I’m really glad all the audiences I’ve been sat with have all been respectful but lively. I’m going with an 8.5/10 for this one!
